Safety- we must have a safety meeting before every ride
-there should be no more side by side riding when we ride in a group
-Vote on the table
No more drinking before we ride; not even one beer.

-The RPD ride is next Saturday Otto is trying to get a DJ lined up for the event
-We will be helping with the registration
-We are doing a 50/50 and a slow roll
-the 50/50 will go to us and the slow roll well go to the ride
-we all need to be at ray price by 0900
-We have 3438.35 in the bank
-We will be going to a 3 month at a time pay period for dues
-Vote on the table for the location of the next meeting

Went over the national email about drinking and driving
Talked about the new chapters that are opening and to start planning if you would like to go
Time to start thinking about bike week and if we would like to go
We have two rides coming up in March; the RPD ride and our Saint Patties day ride
RPD would like for us to host their ride, it is for the Special Olympics
Pete will be laying out the RPD ride and we will talk to Cisco about doing an online registration
The march meeting wil be on the 22nd
Once the warmer weather hits we would like to start thinking about   having the meeting on Saturdays
The next meeting will be at a new place that Pete has asked if we would like to try, the location is out on HWY 98

First order of business was our guest telling us about the Texas Holdem tournament.
-Everything at this time is but other than setting a time and a place
-JB had a rough draft of a flyer for us to look at and make any changes that would be needed.
-We Need to come up with the % we are going to keep out of the take
- We need a two week window to get the word out
- JB is welling to put this on for free for us
- most of the dealers are paid 25 dollars
- the 2nd or 4th Sunday of the month is the best time to do this
- we are going to shoot for the 27th with
40% to the WWP
10% to us
50% to the pot
-The WWP flyer rough draft is hear
Changes to be made are: the fonts need to be changed to the Defender font and the graphics need to be cleaned up
- 3rd Bun Run flyer rough draft is out to look at

- Need to plan the Christmas party
_Date is set Dec. 17th and the location well be at Bonnie’s house
-we need to get some Christmas care packages together for our guys over seas
Otto may head down to Charlotte to meet up with a Federal Agent and talk to him about opening a new chapter. Jerry Thacker is his name. there is no date set at this time to meet.

-Missouri Chapter is opening, no taker at this time to go up there
-Nov. 11 we are doing a run to the Battleship
